Reading Template

I like to give my students a template when they read assignments so they can report on their reading. There are usually at least 3 sections they have to report on for each reading assignment.

Section 1: Notes (the most important information covered in the reading, answered in complete sentences).

Section 2: Why are the above points important?

Section 3: How will you use the information above as a teacher.
